ORDERING:

Does Wholesale Solar accept phone, fax, or email orders?

Of course! You can call Wholesale Solar at 800 / 472-1142 at anytime during our hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm PST) and speak with one of our Sales Technicians. They can help you determine what system or components will be right for you.

If you’re using the shopping cart, you will be able to add items to your shopping cart, print it out your shopping cart page, and then fax this to us at 530 / 926-1162. We'll confirm your order either by e-mail or telephone.

I think I may have accidentally placed a duplicate order online, what do I do?
If you think you may have double ordered by accident, please call us at 1 / 800 472-1142 immediately.

What about back orders?
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Estimated ship dates will be provided, however please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.

Can I change or cancel an order I've already placed?
Orders are processed quickly so it's important to get in touch with our department as soon as possible at 1 / 800 472-1142. Any paid and processed Order cancelled prior to shipment is subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped out the Return Policy applies.

Does Wholesale Solar accept orders outside of the United States?
Wholesale Solar will take orders from Canada and the United States only.

How do I check the status of my order?
Wholesale Solar will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

SHIPPING:

How long does it take to ship my order?
You can expect your order to be processed within two business days. Wholesale Solar aims to ship your order within 5 days of order placement unless otherwise communicated.

If you need an item by a certain date, please check with your salesperson regarding availability of the item and shipping options.

Items shipping ground will normally take 5 to 7 business days. Over-sized and heavy items such as large solar panels and appliances must be shipped via freight service.

Why do some shipments have to go freight?
Because of the dimensions of some products, such as large solar panels, or the weight, some items can only be delivered by freight.

I received a damage item, what do I do?
Although most shipments are received in perfect condition, please carefully inspect all packages for damage. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notates the damage.

Wholesale Solar must be notified of any damage on any shipment within 14 days of receipt. Wholesale Solar cannot guarantee replacement at no cost to the recipient when notified of damage after 14 days of receipt.

All of Wholesale Solar's products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you need help finding a telephone number for a manufacturer.

My shipment is missing an item or is incomplete, what do I do?
Please notify Wholesale Solar at 1-800 / 472-1142. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

What is the return policy for Wholesale Solar?
Merchandise purchased through Wholesale Solar may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and Wholesale Solar may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Custom built items, and Staber washing machines are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless Wholesale Solar made an error.

Before returning items, it is necessary to call and speak with your sales representative to obtain an RMA # for your return. Once you have been instructed where to return the item you are responsible for shipping charges back to that address. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and items must be received in that time frame. Please reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning product. The Customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.

PAYMENT
What are my payment options?
You may use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order. Orders will be processed and shipped after the receipt and clearance of a check of money order. Allow 7 to 10 business days for checks and 2 days for Cashier’s Check or Money order.

For orders over $600, you may do a Bank Wire Transfer. Wholesale Solar does not charge for this, but your bank will charge you $25.
