Power One’s Aurora® PVI 4.2 grid tied inverter offers advanced features, offering a high level of user customization. The Aurora® line of inverters come standard with NEMA 4X enclosures, providing unparalleled protection from the elements in adverse conditions. State of the art MPPTs provide energy harvesting ratios of up to 96% efficiency. Two input channels, tracking independent MPPT strings, optimize energy harvest from two arrays oriented in different directions, or configured with different string sizes. In single array installations, both MPPT channels can be paralleled. The PVI 4.2 inverter configures to a wide range of input voltage (90-600VDC), providing a flexible inverter platform.
The Aurora® PVI 4.2 inverter allows for 240V split-phase, or 208V/277V (480V WYE) three phase delta output.
Aurora® inverters are compatible with Power One’s proprietary PVI DESKTOP monitor provides a remote monitoring solution, allowing the user to access real time voltage, and current data via wireless link, RS-485, or CAT5 cable. The DESKTOP monitor is capable of processing real time updates on up to six Aurora® inverters at once. Wireless links are achieved with the PVI RADIOMODULE.
Advanced monitoring options are available with the Aurora Easy Control system. Users can stay connected with remote installations via an Ethernet/Internet connection or mobile phone devices. Modular design allows for future expansion, accommodating up to 128 devices using RS-485 communications port data.
