The Sanyo HIT 200BA3 Photovoltaic Module proves exceptionally reliable in high temperatures

HIT solar cells have superior temperature characteristics compared to conventional crystalline silicon solar cells.   As outside temperatures rise, HIT solar cells produce more electricity (kWh) than conventional crystalline silicon solar cells at the same temperature. SANYO HIT solar cells are 0.2mm thick, using less silicon materials than conventional solar cells at about 0.35mm. Modules have a black anodized aluminum frame, come pre-equipped with an electrically safe junction box, lead wires, and MC™ connectors.
