SANYO HIT 205 watt solar modules produce clean electricity from the sun. The modules are 100% emission free, and have no moving parts (low maintenance). An important feature of the HIT solar cells is that they have superior temperature characteristics compared to conventional crystalline silicon solar cells. As outside temperatures rise, HIT solar cells produce more electricity (kWh) than conventional crystalline silicon solar cells at the same temperature.
SANYO HIT solar cells are 0.2mm thick, almost half as thin as conventionally solar cells. This means that the use less silicon materials than conventional solar cells at about 0.35mm. Included with the module is an electrically safe junction box, lead wires, and MC™ connectors.
Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years and power output performance for 20 years. The modules resist wind, fire and 1” hail. Anti-reflective coatings applied to HIT solar cells increase sunlight absorption for maximum power output. The size of the modules gives owners the highest amount of energy for space used. The modules weigh less than conventional modules and reduce weight on roofs. The black anodized aluminum frame is uniquely designed and helps installers save money on installation costs and structures, and saves time.
