| Wholesale Solar is currently testing five solar panels for quality using Enphase micro-inverters. With the Enphase Enlighten Monitoring System, we are able to monitor their output from any computer to see how well they are doing. If you scroll down you can see a demonstration of how the Enlighten system works. Feel free to browse the menu options.
Before you begin, be sure to check the Mt. Shasta Cam to see what weather we’re having. Cloudy skies won't produce as much electricity as sunny days!
The solar panels we are testing from left to right are the Trina TSM 230, the Sanyo HIT Power N 210N, the Solon Solar Blue 220/01, the Kyocera 210 GX-LPU and the Sharp 224UC1. At the moment, all of the panels are set at 30 degrees. Ask us how much difference changing these angles could make.
Because of its lower voltage, this particular Kyocera panel is not listed as a compatible module for Enphase inverters on Enphase's Module Compatibility List. Scroll down to see the demonstration.
